Save Attachments

When you get an email with an important attachment, save it to your computer right then, even if you don’t plan on using it right away. You can even create a special folder for the attachement–just make sure you label it descriptively. When the time comes, you’ll already have it saved and you won’t have to dig through your emails to find it!

Storing Christmas Lights

It’s a hassle when you’re trying to remove Christmas lights from the tree. If you’ve save the original packaging, then you have to place each light back into the packaging. This year, try something different. Take a section of newspaper, roll it up so that it makes a tube, then, as you take the light off the tree, start rolling the light around the newspaper. It’s fast, easy, and keeps them organized. You may be able to fit more than one set of lights on the newspaper, too!

Multitask!

Multitasking works. If you’re not an expert at it, start small…exercise while catching up on that TV show or movie you missed, or cook while returning phone calls. HUGE time saver!
